Note: Workshop registration will not be complete until payment in full is received.
Once we receive your registration form and payment/deposit, you'll receive a confirmation from us via email within the next 2 business days. We look forward to seeing you in the Redlands!

Paypal: Click "add to cart" to pay online with any major credit card, or to submit payment using your PayPal account (if you have one). Note: an additional $4 processing fee will be added to online payments, making the total online payment $129.
Mail-in: If you'd rather pay by check, download the following form (PDF) and mail it in with your payment.
Terms and conditions:
Workshop will be held at Redlands Therapy Group.
Participants are encouraged to bring and share a dish for a potluck lunch (lunch will not be provided by the facility).
If for any reason you are unable to attend, the following refund structure applies:
Full refund of deposit/payment if cancellation is received via email to on or before August 15th, 2015.
50% refund of deposit/payment if cancellation is received via email to on or before August 22nd, 2015.
No refunds are available if cancellation is received on or after August 23rd, 2015.
Submission of payment acknowledges agreement to the above terms and conditions.
